Do I Need to Pay a Deposit for My Appointment?

When booking an appointment online or over the phone, you will receive a link through Fresha to request a deposit. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total invoice on the day of your appointment.


Appointment Duration

Haircuts and Blow-Dries: Approx. 60 minutes.

Colour Services: Duration varies and may take 4+ hours.

We recommend not scheduling any time-sensitive commitments immediately after your appointment.

Please refer to our pricing list available on our website.

These prices are guidelines, as all services are customised to the client. Your stylist will provide a quote during your consultation before beginning any service.


What If My Hair Doesn't Turn Out as Agreed?

No worries! If you're not satisfied with the outcome, contact our Front of House team as soon as possible. We offer a 2-week colour and cut guarantee during which we will invite you back to the salon for complimentary adjustments.


Refunds

While we do not offer refunds, we provide a 2-week guarantee for complimentary adjustments to ensure you are completely happy with the result.


Gift Vouchers

Yes, we offer vouchers for purchase online, which will be emailed to you.

Please note: Vouchers are only valid with Edwards and Co employees and cannot be redeemed with in-house Freelancers.

When booking, let the Front of House team know if you intend to use a voucher to ensure your appointment is scheduled with an eligible employee.


Cancellation or Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email the salon. Our Front of House team will assist you.


Cancellation Policy


At EdwardsAndCo, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations and reschedules.This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients and manage our schedules effectively. Should a client cancel within the 48 hour window, a cancellation fee will be applied as follows: 


● $50 for blow-dry appointments 


● $100 for cut appointments 


● $200 for color appointments 


● $250 for combined color and cut appointments. 


Should a client cancel on the day of appointment or fail to show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied.


Clients will be informed of any fees incurred, and we will confirm if they wish to use the card on file to settle the charge.
