Natalia is one of our master cutters, starting her apprenticeship over 10 years ago on the Melbourne scene. She has developed a passion for cutting and styling which has led her to achieve many accolades, including behind the chair editorial shot of the world, new comer of Australia 2019 and many others. Being a leading educator for brand ELEVEN Australia, she travels the country sharing knowledge of her craft. As much as she is experienced in editorial, events and education, her true passion lies in the salon making sure every client that sits in her chair leaves feeling a million dollars.
Nicole has had a passion for hair and beauty from a young age. She moved to San Francisco at 19 and began her apprenticeship to be a colour specialist. After training for 3 years, she graduated and was on the floor building her clientele. She loves working with blondes, brunettes with variations and covering/blending grey. She became acquainted with EdwardsAndCo through Instagram and instantly fell in love with the aesthetic and focus on education. She moved to Australia to be a part of the EdwardsAndCo team at our Fitzroy location. She’s most passionate about creating lived-in looks with a pop around the face and colour that has longevity.
Tom has been with EdwardsAndCo since 2017 and is now a third year apprentice at our Melbourne CBD salon. He is from Albury, NSW but moved to Melbourne four years ago to start his hair journey. His strength lies in styling and natural hair textures. As such, he has a passion for enhancing clients natural locks. A quote that has stuck with Tom is “Fear is stupid. So is regret”, by Marilyn Monroe as it reminds him to take risks in order to grow and push himself.
Ben has been working at the EdwardsAndCo Fitzroy location since 2019. Over the past two years Ben has assisted owner and founder Jaye Edwards, gaining a wealth of knowledge from the EdwardsAndCo Education team as they travel the country. Ben specialises in women’s colour and has a passion for creating seamless and lived in blondes, brunettes and coppers.
Mikyla is a Junior Emerging Stylist at Fitrzoy. Graduating from an Associate degree in Graphic Design, she has an eye for colour, branding and a love for digital marketing. Jet setting to 7 different countries all before the age of 23, recording music in LA, snowboarding the mountains of Japan and skydiving her way through New Zealand… Mik loves an adventure! With a history before 2020, she continues her colourful journey as a stylist after starting her training on a whim of loving hair and beauty along the Bellarine Peninsula, before moving to Edwards and Co Fitzroy. Inspired by the salty air, she loves a creamy highlight. Her passion lies within achieving what the guest likes and loves imagining an idea and bringing it to life!
Matteo began his career 9 years ago, while studying he worked part time in a small salon in Italy to learn more about the ins and outs of the industry. After 4 years he began specialising in colour as he loved the chemistry and creative side of being a colourist. Specialising in natural blondes and bright balayage, Matteo decided to travel to Australia and better his techniques and knowledge. Having a true passion for beautiful, future proof colour Matteo has cemented his spot as a much respected senior colourist within our company.
Being a natural born hairdresser Anthony commenced his career in 1992 at the age of 15. Working within leading UK and international salon groups his sharp eye for detail and flawless execution gained a loyal following of actresses, models, recording artists, television personalities and the girl next door. His professionalism and dedication to deliver world class hairdressing was recognised by receiving a national customer service award.
Truly a master of his trade with 26 years industry experience in pleasing the most discerning clientele his work has been featured in both UK industry press and international hair pages on social media. Anthony was in his element appearing as guest stylist on morning television creating a fabulous makeover for one of the viewers and has also been featured in Marie Claire and In-Style magazines.
Known for his seamless balayage, precision highlighting, low maintenance applications and astounding colour corrections, he brings an organic British edge with a well balanced sense of enhancing natural beauty. His consistently high quality of work and boundless passion to create effortlessly beautiful hair has resulted in him being one of Melbourne’s most sought after colourists.
Charlene is a Master Stylist and Colourist who is originally from Edinburgh, where she trained with one of the top salons in Scotland, Charlie Miller. Hairdressing has always been Charlene’s passion and she loves that every day is different and that there is always something new to learn and expand your skills #everydayisaschoolday. A quote that stuck with Charlene – “If you want something you have never had, you need to do something you have never done.”
Stefanie is a Master Colourist and Stylist at our Melbourne CBD location, with over 6 years’ experience within the industry. Stefanie has studied with Biba in Melbourne, where she developed a passion for precision cutting. Her main goal is to enhance a client’s natural beauty with a strong focus on healthy hair.
Courtney is a third year apprentice at our Melbourne CBD Salon. She has been a part of the industry for the past 4 years and has been working at EdwardsAndCo for 2 years. She specialises in styling, hair-ups and blow-waves as well as playing around with different creative styles. She also enjoys cutting and experimenting with different textures. Courtney loves working with weddings and behind the scenes of hairdressing shoots. She started hairdressing as she enjoys making people feel better about the way they look as this helps them create a better vision of how they see themselves. She is inspired by her co-workers in the company and what they bring to the hair game.
Zoe is a second year emerging stylist with experience behind her working within the hair and beauty industry.
