We have carefully selected a range of products that boast paraben and silicon free ingredients, SLES free, Vegan approved and derived from natural ingredients. The array of aromas within our product lines will have you falling in love all over again with each use, whilst gently caring for your delicate tresses.
Customers may exercise their right of refund or exchange for a period of seven (7) business days if the ordered Product(s) are damaged upon receiving goods. This period starts on the date of delivery of the order.
Customers must return Product(s) ordered at their own expense within seven (7) business days from exercise of the right to refund.
The Product(s) must be returned in their original inner and outer packaging with the associated invoice to the following address Level 1, 99-103 Kippax St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
If the above-mentioned conditions are complied with, Edwards And Co. will reimburse Customers within fourteen (14) business days for the total sum of corresponding to the Products purchased and the standard shipping and delivery costs.
Edwards And Co. will not reimburse additional costs if the Customer has expressly selected a more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery indicated by Edwards And Co. Once received, Edwards And Co. will then exchange or reimburse the missing or faulty products.
Edwards And Co. guarantee all purchased products will be posted within 3 working days, with the exception of public holidays.
Customers may opt to have the Product delivered to their home or a designated place.
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address stated on the order form or deposited at the Post Office nearest to the delivery address provided by the Customer if the latter is not present at the address at the time of delivery. In this case, the postman will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the receiver’s letterbox allowing them to recover their package with ten (10) business days, before it is returned to the sender.
On receiving the ordered products, Customers must check the conformity of the Products. Any anomaly concerning delivery (Missing or damaged Products) must be notified by Customers on the delivery note that will be presented to them by the Post Office at the time of delivery and also immediately notified to the customer service department of Edwards And Co on the day of receiving or at the latest the next business day by email to firstname.lastname@example.org between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Any claims made after this period will be rejected and Edwards And Co. will incur no liability.
