Do I Need to Pay a Deposit for My Appointment?


- Phone or Email Bookings: No deposit is required, but our Front of House team will request your card details, which will be securely stored with access granted only to our Salon Operations Manager.


- Online Bookings: A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total invoice on the day of your appointment.


Appointment Duration:


Haircuts and Blow Drys:Allow approx 60 minutes.


Colour Services:The duration can vary and may take 4+ hours.


We recommend not scheduling any time-sensitive commitments immediately after your appointment.



Appointment Cost:


- Please refer to our pricing list available on our website. Note that these are guidelines, and each service is customised to the client. Your stylist will provide a quote during your consultation before beginning any service.


What If My Hair Doesn't Turn Out as Agreed?


No worries! Contact our Front of House team as soon as possible. We offer a 2-week color and cut guarantee/grace period during which we will invite you back to the salon for complimentary adjustments.


Refunds:


Edwards and Co is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We offer a 2-week color and cut guarantee for complimentary adjustments, and we do not offer refunds.


Vouchers:


Yes, we offer vouchers for purchase online, which will be emailed to you. Please note that vouchers are only valid with Edwards and Co employees and cannot be used with our in-house Freelancers. Inform the Front of House team of your intention to use a voucher when booking your appointment to ensure you are scheduled with an E+Co employee. BUY VOUCER


Cancellation or Rescheduling:


To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email the salon, and our Front Of House team will assist you.


Cancellation Policy:


We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within this window, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:


- Blowdry Appointment: $50 Cancellation Fee

- Haircut Appointment: $100 Cancellation Fee

- Colour Appointment: $200 Cancellation Fee

- Colour + Cut Appointment: $250 Cancellation Fee
